Shopping Guide

This ‘Shopping Guide’ may be especially useful for you if you are new to shopping online. You just need to follow some simple steps:

• For delivery to different regions, please use the “Choose Region” dropdown menu at the left side of this web site. Then you can see products which are available in your selected region.
• You can search requested products in the search option or select a product category and see different available products.
• Click on your chosen item(s) and click on the ‘Buy Now’ button to fill out the requested form for new customers or Sign In / Register and then enter necessary information such as the delivery address and your payment information.
• In the case in which you have coupon or gift card no., there is no need to enter payment information
• Upon your request, we could include a gift card and message from your side for the receiver.
• Click on the ’Checkout‘ button, then wait a bit…
• When your purchase is acknowledged, print out your receipt

Standard Shipping within Canada

• Standard shipping typically takes three to six business days.
• The transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our facility. For some items that require extra transit time, only Standard Shipping (and, if applicable, FREE Shipping) is offered at check-out, and the delivery for those items may require up to 7 additional days. How Are Shipping and Delivery Dates Calculated in Canada?

• You'll see an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order form, just before you place your order. An estimated delivery date (or date range) will also appear in ‘Your Account’ after you've placed your order.

Estimated delivery dates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address), based on the shipping speed or mode you've chosen.

International customers

• When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
• Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
